1776 Broadway is a twenty-five story office building near Columbus Circle built in 1928. It has over 115,000 square foot of usable office space. The historic importance of the building's address led to the creation of a patriotic theme which tenants still enjoy to this day. It has been called the "Spirit of '76 In Design", referencing the historic painting commemorating the U.S. independence.
